Every one of us has a face with the same arrangement of features - each with its own minor variations making us all look unique. So, what is it about these features that means some people may be considered more beautiful than others?

Some believe that there exists a divine or golden proportion based on the number phi (ϕ), by which the face is divided proportionately. However, faces that fit into that scheme are not necessarily beautiful. In a naturally beautiful face we are really seeing the artistry of good genes, but even the most beautiful faces can be improved upon with the slightest of 'tweaks'.

In general, an attractive face is usually balanced, symmetrical and well-proportioned. At Halo Aesthetics® we embrace these three qualities, and work with you to provide holistic solutions which address your concerns whilst retaining the harmony and balance of your individual features. We call this process Artistry In Aesthetics ™.

Our Aesthetics Nurses take an Artistry In Aesthetics ™ approach when assessing your face prior to treatment, and will look at your face from all angles to check the balance, symmetry and proportion, before recommending a treatment plan. So much is possible and often the small changes make a big difference.

For example, you may think you have a big nose, but when we check your balance and proportion we find that you actually have a small chin, and when we correct your chin your nose 'shrinks'. Or maybe you think you have under-eye bags, but we find that you have lost volume in your cheeks - yep you guessed it, we add volume to your cheeks and your eye bags disappear! It is this experience and knowledge which allows our clients to correct their perceived 'faults' and still look completely natural. 

During consultations, many of our clients express worry that if they have a treatment they will look 'done' - the reality is that you won't look like a different person but you will look like a better version of you.
