Dermal Filler is one of our most popular in-clinic treatments - so what exactly is it and why should you have it?

In a nutshell dermal fillers put back what has been lost through the ageing process OR add volume where this is naturally lacking (e.g. thin lips, tear troughs etc.) With age comes a reduction in natural collagen levels, shrinkage and slippage of the fat pads in the face and depletion of hyaluronic acid levels.
